The holiday home, built in 1700 and renovated in 2024, is a semi-detached house and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located within a hotel complex, in the town centre. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property of the panorama, as well as its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly, historic and romantic accommodation. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities and courtyard. Solarium with sun loungers and parasols, sofas and tables with chairs.

Location
Perugia, district Perugia, 220 m above sea level. The holiday home is located in a hotel complex, on a 3000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence, a hedce and a wall. The garden is shared with other guests and there is a solarium with umbrellas, sunbeds, seating and tables. In front of the holiday home there is a small garden with shrubs and aromatic plants The cottage is set in a private garden and in an 18th century building Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport. There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (2 km). The parking is completely fenced and private. There is no guarantee that parking spaces will be available. If the parking space is not available, it will not be possible to park the car near the accommodation

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Cot, high chair and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via antenna, cable. The accommodation is allergy-free and equipped with hypoallergenic pillows.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO detector, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
