Guests love this place for its proximity to beach and town.
Less than a minutes walk to town beach and 20 minute stroll to the Marina/Eastern Foreshore/Cinema/Bars and restaurants.
Air conditioned with secure rear garden /undercover patio and barbecue.
Park up to 2 cars out the front(or car and boat) and enjoy the privacy our property offers. There is a secure padlocked gate in backyard that adjoins our units. It’s just for our maintenance purposes or for guests that have both units. Not a shared gate for separate guests.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a microwave and an electric kettle.

Excellent location, close to the beach, shops etc. Comfy beds, great backyard for kiddies and dogs. My only concern was the old flimsy gate between the two properties, as my dogs could see the two big dogs next door. Also wasn’t sure if the neighbours could access our yard because the gate didnt appear to be locked. Communication was great, will stay again. Thanks Jen :-)

Jennifer was absolutely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.AND we loved the “cottage” - had a beautiful seaside feeling plus so light, bright, cool and clean.AND our dogs loved the backyard and even though they are mid to large dogs and the yard is quaint, they appreciated it so much.
