We came to Perth, from a reasonably close regional location, for medical reasons. The trip had to be organised quickly so price options were not great. This place was reasonable and the view of the marina and surrounding waters and homes is fantastic. Good walking tracks nearby, cafes and restaurants and plenty of parking.

The balcony view was absolutely beautiful, however rooms are very dated and although the bed was comfortable, because there is a big gap under the bedroom door which leads directly to outside it didn’t allow bugs to come in, two of which I found in my bed.

Villa 17, spacious accommodation with 3 good size bedrooms but only 1 shower, 2 separate toilets. The villa is above a functioning brewery & very noisy, 5:30am every morning work commences and is extremely audible.

Great for one night -or longer

It was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel. The staff were very helpful In arranging a late check-in which we appreciated. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our one night stay. Lovely views from the balcony and a short walk to restaurants and shops
