farm house - renovated easy parking secure remote gateway at lovely clean house plenty of room safe secure - close to wine growers award winning wineries and distilleries so many places have fun and dine while u visit the swan valley - the house is situated on working horse stud - 5 minutes to bells rapids State equestrian water - the classic winery Houghton's Sandlefords Belvoir Oakover winery are well known in the swan valley it is only a very short drive form the city of Perth and the Perth airport we have plenty room to park your private’s trailer or caravans - we have been known to accomodate horses safely for our guests who may want the equine stay or who are completing in the valley .
