It is one block away from the beaches of South Fremantle, and surrounded by restaurants, bars, galleries and cafes. Fremantle city is a 20 minute walk, or a 2 minute ride on the bus that passes every 15 minutes.

Being the end apartment in the row, it enjoys tranquil views over the adjacent park, privacy on the park side balcony and easy access to both the security gate and the carpark.
