Seabreezes South Freo is a stylish townhouse located in the popular `biscuit factory` converted warehouse. It is one block away from the beaches of South Fremantle, and surrounded by restaurants, bars, galleries and cafes. Fremantle city is a 20 minute walk, or a 2 minute ride on the bus that passes every 15 minutes.

Being the end apartment in the row, it enjoys tranquil views over the adjacent park, privacy on the park side balcony and easy access to both the security gate and the carpark.

Seabreezes is a spacious family friendly apartment with a large park right next door and views over this from the living room.

We will leave you to enjoy your stay in peace, but are only ever a phone call or message away whether it is in helping to prepare for your stay, or during your visit.

Children are welcome at the apartment, but please be vigilant. From the bedroom floor there is a void down to the dining area and children could feasibly climb the balustrading.

The second bedroom does not have dedicated air conditioning and is controlled via a ducted vent from the air conditioning in the main room.

Secure undercover car parking is for two cars in tandem.

There is only one air conditioner in the unit but it is large and cools down the entire space. The bedroom has a ceiling fan.
