Great location and good quality accommodation with online check in and check out. Restaurant was amazing as was the roof top bar. Disability bathroom was not needed but no big deal. Staff at the reception desk seemed fine but distracted a bit. Great quality overall.

Well located in downtown Perth. Rooftop bar is great. Shuts a bit early. Could have done with someone to help with luggage. Floor 1 bar good (if a bit dark - but that seems to be an Australia thing). Would come back if coming back to Perth.

This time, plenty of staff but they seem pre-occupied with computers at front desk & bar staff more interested in polishing glassware to avoid customers at bar - unfortunately the experience was so much less customer focused than a previous visit. Go check out the service at IHG and get some tips!

The location was excellent. The room was very comfortable, clean and relaxing. It was a nice touch to have music in the lifts and throughout some areas in the Hotel. Amazing view from the roof terrace bar. Fairly good choice for breakfast which was served at the table. Some items which would normally be included in many other Hotels were offered as an add on at an additional cost on the breakfast menu and there was a limit of either one tea or coffee included in the bed and breakfast rate. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the QT and enjoyed the Town Centre location.

Love the interior decorating and service at this hotel. Everything was fabulous. If you are visiting perth this is a great place to locate yourself. Very close to transport and all the inner city entertainment ❤️

This hotel was clean, and central to Perth CBD. However, the room design was poor. It prioritised "trendy" over useful. The bathroom had sliding doors over the sink and into the bedroom for unknown reasons. However it lacked ventilation, or a door on the toilet. There were so many ornamental pillows that made it impossible to use space in the room. The entire mini bar and bench on-top of it was consumed by the junk they tried to sell-off, which meant you had enough room in the fridge for about 1 water bottle. When I asked them for amenities for a toddler (e.g. a toilet seat, nappy bin, etc like we've had at other hotels) they seemed confused and offered us chocolates. If you need to be in the city for a night or 2 on your own, this is fine. If you're planning a longer stay in perth or are travelling with kids - then look somewhere else.

Perfect location, close to the CBD of Perth. Rooms are well appointed. Not sure if it was just our room but when others would come or go from their room, it would rattle the door, pretty loudly too. It sounded like someone was trying to enter the room but was just from others closing their doors. Besides that annoyance, all good. And also they have Kevin Murphy products! 😍
