The location was great, lots of cool restaurants within walking distance. Onsite parking would have been super convenient, however, there are parking complexes fairly close. The buffet breakfast in the hotel was overpriced for what it was and the quality of the food wasn't great. Overall, it was a nice hotel and the room was lovely.

Check-in staff were clueless using their own eftpos machine, believed I was charged twice as per my bank account, staff refused to see it from my point of view even though I showed my bank account stating I was charged twice. I will be taking it further if something is not done to rectify the issue, management will be notified. This soured my stay there and probably will not be using this hotel again.
