Traffic noise commi g throughout the air-conditioning that made a lot of noice when the compressor cut in and out. The shower took a long time to run hot wasting a lot of water, the when up to temperature would suddenly turn frezing cold. There was no containment of the shower water which allowed the bathroom floor to become wet and slippery. Not safe especiallly for the elderly. Definnatly wont be booking again at $220pn again

Leaking tap and very noisy fan. Cleaners not reporting faults or being listened to. Woken up by night manager at after I had gone to sleep. Rubbish lining the hallways.

I booked this place purely for the city view and free parking. The bed was clean and comfortable. The room its self is outdated and smelt like damp carpet. The bathroom could use some maintenance and a deep clean. Staff were super friendly and the restaurant has a decent breakfast.

After booking this accomo for the first time for a quick layover in Perth after coming from a late Adelaide flight and due to fly out for work the next morning, leaving the hotel at 4am - kept awake all night by the fire alarm going off and security over the speakers. Probably got 3 hours sleep at most. Won’t be back.

Hotel was ok. Booked 1 bedroom apartment - didn’t get city / river views. Room looks tidy but on a closer look is actually quite filthy. Skirting boards uneven or missing, loose cables and crockery filthy
