Nice view of Perth city skyline, room was ok. Bed and pillow was comfortable. Food was tasty. Bathroom fan is ridiculously loud. Walls fairly thin. Beverage service was complicated - wrong beverage delivered, then returned with correct one that required a bottle opener, none in the room, requested one, had to open the bottle at the door and hand it back. Perhaps consider adding a bottle opener to each room if you are delivering drinks that require one in order to be opened!

I stayed here nearly 50 years ago as a young man when it was the Westos , and I gotta say, it's way better now than it was.All good. free parking. Rooms very nice. Noise carries though, sobring some earplugs in case... Lotta familes using this... although I did stay on a friday night, so loads country folk would be using with families... walls are thin, so....

Hotel felt neglected, rooms poorly designed and furnished, bathroom without a working fan or opening window, light blazing into the room in the morning with poor blinds, staff at reception were lovely, but poor in my other interactions. Asked questions about service and pricing was pushed to a QR code instead of a human interaction. Restaurant service terribly lacking. Location is terrible. I drove by initially because I couldn’t believe this was the hotel. Just wasn’t a nice experience at all.

Room was clean and pleasant. Staff were excellent even went out of their way to help me try and open my car boot as I had a hire car and I couldn’t get it open. The food in the cafe was also very good.
