Room was very comfortable and very clean. Had a small kitchenette also which is handy as a solo business traveller. Staff were friendly, with a couple standing out in particular. Hotel location extremely convenient for trains and shopping. Great value for money in Perth where things can get pricey -- and only a very short walk down to the riverfront and some lovely walking paths. Would recommend.

Location was great and the room was spacious enough for 3 people. It was quiet and clean. However, the carpet needs to be replaced. The service is also good. But the access to the Snap Fitness gym nearby, which is foc to all guests needs to be highlighted, as I nearly did not want to stay at Oaks because I thought it did not have access to a gym

Easy access to restaurants and the train station.

Great location, our room layout was not like the photos, the couch was up against the window, the bathroom is a bit dated and the aircon didn’t go below 21. Otherwise clean and had everything we needed.
