THE SPACE

Sunset Villa is a fully self-contained villa with its own entrance and private courtyard, so you have the place to yourself. Inside, the open-plan kitchen, living and dining area is light-filled and freshly furnished throughout. The newly renovated Hamptons-inspired kitchen has modern appliances, a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker and generous bench space. Cook a full dinner or just make good coffee. Both work here.



Air conditioning, ceiling fans and heating keep the villa comfortable in every Perth season. A smart TV and sound system cover quiet nights in.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
