A tired motel with lack lustre reception …receptionist could not even raise his eyes to greet us …where neither the aircon nor the tv worked immediately and without a great deal of problem solving . Bedding was insufficient on a cool night with only a very old acrylic blanket to top up the summer ‘doona’ provides . Strangely , the toilet appeared child size in height. Location however was convenient as we came to visit Kings Park.

I'm afraid this motel is too old. The photo on the website is not representative of what the actual rooms are like with decades old furniture and a bathroom so small. I have no problem with mum and dad motels however when they charge 5 star hotel prices I'm afraid it's not fir me. Booked forva week and was unable to get a late checkout (midday). Overall I would not recommend this motel as there much better options at Subiaco.
