Just an overnight stay on our route through Scotland. We have stayed with Holiday Inn Express in North America and knew exactly what to expect and weren’t disappointed. Staff were very helpful, professional and pleasant to deal with. Room met our expectations without any problems. Would stay here again without any hesitation.

The hotel was clean and pleasant. The staff were very welcoming and at breakfast time they operated like a well oiled machine. Not a table was ignored on the way to the kitchen, used dishes cleared or a chair straightened all with a smile both between customers and co-workers. I loved the way one of the staff dealt with a "lady" who thought it OK to take a chair from another table to sit her dog on. She was discreetly shown where people with dogs should sit, then the chair and table were wiped down and reset. Our faulty TV was replaced quickly and without fuss There was nothing I did not like
