The rooms were “fairly” clean. The mould in the shower area and in the air conditioner was very disappointing. The wifi is absolutely useless. Be prepared to hotspot internet to the tv.

The hotel’s website clearly advertises a continental breakfast, but there is no breakfast at all. When I asked the receptionist about it, she told me there was no restaurant or dining area in the entire place. If that’s true, then it’s clearly false advertising, and if there actually is a restaurant, then the staff need proper training because they’re giving guests completely wrong information. Either way, they should remove the misleading information from the internet. There was no apology, no explanation, and no willingness to help whatsoever. The staff were rude and uncooperative from the moment we arrived, showing no interest in making guests feel welcome or comfortable. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the whole experience was nothing like what was shown online. Overall, a very disappointing stay, false advertising, rude staff, poor service, and zero hospitality. Definitely not recommended.
