Welcome to our inviting family, pet friendly retreat situated in the most loved estates of Baldivis, with easy access to Nature walks and beaches. This spacious home offers a delightful setting for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones. Comprising 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have king-beds and two minor bedrooms. Our home can comfortably host up to 6 people. It's only a 5 min drive from the Kwinana Freeway on a quiet street and has lovely nearby parks and plenty of nature walks and beaches 15 min away. Coles, Kmart etc are 5 mins walk with cafes, restaurants, and fast-food eateries.
The space
Comprising two master-sized rooms with king-sized bedroom suites, the primary master features its own ensuite with toilet and walk-in wardrobe. You will love the rain shower in each bathroom and freestanding oversized bath! Both bathrooms are fully renovated and modern for your pleasure. The additional
two generously sized bedrooms include one with a king single bed ideal for a teenager, and the other with a single bed and ample storage, both equipped with tallboys and built-in wardrobes. A queen-sized pull-out sofa bed in the second living area provides additional accommodation for
two adults. In total, this cosy family home can comfortably host up to 6 people using existing bedding. The house comprises four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, with two separate living
areas and two toilets. The large theatre room boasts a 65-inch smart TV with super-fast Wi-Fi throughout, and the fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher and all the cooking essentials to create your own meals.

The fully fenced back yard is secure and fully paved which is perfect for families to enjoy a barbecue outdoors with an expansive area for the kids to play safely. Ride their bikes or play basketball, hoop and balls are provided.

Guest can use all parts of the house, except for the garage which is locked and for use of the host for storage etc. parking is provided for in the drive way for up to two cars.

What a great house with great otdoor spaceWe have throughouly enjoyed our time in Baldivis, in your home from home! As were both executive chefs in London its been great to find such a well equipped kitchen "with plenty of chefs tools & a nicely stoked larder" We have bought an extra set of plates just to top up yours, as we have done lots of family entertaining & the larder is now bursting at the seams LOL!
