There was major noisy work being done on the pool and noisy electrical work on the front wall outside our apartment. We were only notified of the major pool upgrades AFTER we made the booking and were not informed of the noisy drilling that was occuring on the front wall of our 3 bed apartment. Staff were not very helpful or friendly upon arrival and departure...

The facilities were mostly adequate (small kitchen with basic equipment), location is good and safe within walking distance of Preston Square. Unfortunately there was also no hot water in the apartments which was not fixable until after we checked out the next day. Room telephone to reception doesn’t work either.
