Great value stay, property well located for the City and the Optus Stadium. All the team were very friendly and helpful and for the price we were very impressed as a family with the size of the 1 bed apartment. We stayed there for 9 nights during the first Ashes test at Optus Stadium.

Nathan at the front desk was great. The rooms were fairly dirty. I had dental floss left in the shower and there was plenty of dust and rubbish from previous guests on the floor, under the bed and under the couch. I found a set of clipper blades behind the couch when I was looking I was looking for my ear buds.

The room did not look anything like it was advertised, the bed was hard as a rock, the pillows were awful and the bed was on wheels on a hard floor. We spent half the night stopping the bed skating around the room instead of sleeping. On getting back to our room our code would not work, the reception had closed and there was no one there. I had to make a phone call to the after hours number to get a new code and this took half an hour. Deeply disappointed and ended up leaving the hotel that night- so paid for 2 and stayed one- this hotel was not a 4 star as stated in the review. The staff were pleasant but it didn’t make up for lost sleep and a sore back

Not suites, just poorly furnished room with kitchenette and washing machine. Small bed with soft edged mattress; I fell out one night. Small stove top has no lights or markings so cannot know if on or off or high or low. Door key needed several attempts to work.

Nice and Quiet Stay The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was standard but had everything I needed. The only issue I had was that most of the plugs and the phone in the room weren’t connected, so I couldn’t call reception and had to go downstairs instead. Other than that, the hotel overall was nice and quiet — a good place for a short stay.

Very centrally located and close proximity to key spots that are walkable. Couple of things about cleaning the room, it only happens once a week if you booked for a week. Also, you have to ask to clean towels when you need them and they not changed regularly.

All Suites Perth's distinct advantage is its central location - very close to many attractions, shopping and the Swan River. Room rates are reasonable, but overall the property is overdue for a makeover.

Well located with the CBD, dinner options, bus stops and train station only a short walk away. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable and having kitchen facilities were great. They were also very understanding when we misplaced one of our room cards and needed to grab another one. On the down side for the first couple of days of our stay the bathroom roof leaked from an old skylight which looked like it had been patched previously and due to the rain the carpet near the living room window became wet.

Tired Old Rooms

The staff are lovely, but the hotel is 100% not a 4 star accommodation, closer to 2 star. This is a very old property with original fittings and furnishings from the 1980s. Furnishings and fittings that have not been maintained. Here is a list of issues found during our stay. - Cockroach’s (7 in total) - Leaking toilet (cistern and sewage link) - Soiled bed sheets - Soiled pillows - Multiple carpet stains - AC rattles ( 2 AC units on balcony) - All furniture is damaged - Washing machine but no dryer - Dangerous shower - Soiled shower head - Once weekly servicing only - Missing mattress protectors - Other

The furniture being damaged, nothing looks really neat and I had the most expensive sleepless night at this hotel. The management should have advised customers of some roadwork in Victoria Ave happening nearly the entire night of the 27th of May And when I say noise it was unbearable ; trying to escape the constant noise in organizing a bed on the bathroom floor ! no need to say no sleep possible. Just a little note of excuses to customers as well as supplying some ear plugs would have shown some consideration and manners
