Set close to Fjällrumssjön, this holiday home has an amazing view of the lake. The cottage is located in the central part of Skåne and the area offers plenty to do and see. The kitchen features the basic amenities. The living room is equipped with a wood burning stove and a double bed. The bedroom features two beds and there are another two beds in the annex. The bathroom contains a WC and a washbasin. The shower is in the basement, which you enter from the outside of the house. The charming wooden terrace affords you a stunning view of the lake. The house is being renovated in early 2019 and there will be an open floor plan in modern vintage as the kitchen and living room are merged into a larger room. A rowing boat is included in the rent. If you want to try your hand at fishing, don't forget to buy a fishing permit. The nearest bathing spot is just a few minutes' walk from the cottage and the water there is shallow, suitable for children. If you enjoy golfing, you must visit one or several of the golf courses in the area, for instance in Eket, Perstorp, and Hässleholm. Wellcome to this idyllic holiday home!
