Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Completely renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath home with master en suite on upper level. Located between Perryville and Ste Genevieve with easy access to I-55. Perfect for traveling workers or couples/families exploring the area or in town for sporting events.

The space
1200 sq ft house with 1 acre lot. You have a nice side yard and some woods around you as well. Upstairs the master is so cool, I just wish I could tell you that it has a claw foot tub (sorry, that may have to be an upgrade I work in soon).

The whole house and yard is available except the basement which is just where the cleaning supplies, furnace, and water heater are located.

Property is exactly what you would hope for

Very clean house with everything you would need for a short or long stay. There is a seating area out back where you can enjoy watching the wild life in the woods. The owner is supper nice.

Clean and comfortable it was everything we needed. The property manager was very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend others to stay here.
