"My room's AC was not working, which was known by maintenance and staff, and it was still listed as open and available. I was given a giant, loud industrial blower fan to offset the heat, which did not help. We had to sleep with the windows open at night to cool off, which had NO screen on it, by the way. The sure-loc hardware installed on the door to our room was barely hanging on by the screws. I have yet to hear from a manager about my experience. I've left my contact information twice, waiting to hear back."

Had multiple long tears and holes throughout. Electric outlets were very lose from electric box, bath missing a drain plug or any sort. Serious signs of wear and tear on all accessories in the room. More than normal wear and tear."
