This magnificent renovated Breton farmhouse is nestled in a large landscaped park of 4000m2.
Halfway between the town centre of Perros-Guirec and the beach of Trestraou.

On the first floor there are large living spaces to share pleasant moments with family or friends. The kitchen open to the dining room offers complete equipment. (dishwasher, freezer, shady appliances, wine cellar..)

The large garden will allow the youngest to enjoy games and discoveries. The large gas barbcue will delight parents for outdoor meals in a quiet and protected environment.

A small intermarket and a pharmacy can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
July and August, the free shuttles every 15 minutes to go down to the beach of trestraou as well as the shuttle bus "the puffin" are in the immediate vicinity.
