Your vacation rental is organized on two levels. - On the raised ground floor: kitchen opening onto living room, a lounge, a bedroom (1 160x200 bed), a toilet. - Upstairs: a bedroom (2 80x200 beds that can be twinned into a 160x200 bed, 1 80x200 bed), another bedroom (1 160x200 bed) including a bathroom with shower, an independent bathroom with shower, a toilet. - Outside : Private enclosed garden of 800 m². Private room of 5 m² to store your bicycles, water sports equipment or other items. - Parking: At the entrance to the property, in a shared courtyard with the other gîte (100 m²) House comprising two gîtes: this one upstairs and the second on the garden level.
