Domaine Leyvinie, Merlot vacation rental, 10 minutes from the Dordogne

Domaine Leyvinie consists of 6 vacation rentals and a main house. It is surrounded by nature, with beautiful views in every direction. The Merlot vacation rental is the former restaurant, which is why the living room, patio, and kitchen are very spacious. There is also a small bar in the living/dining room and 2 separate restrooms. Through the kitchen, you enter the first bedroom with a bunk bed and find the staircase leading to the second bedroom, which has three single beds (two of which can be placed side by side) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. From the outside, you enter the adjacent space, where you’ll find a shower, toilet, and sink on the first floor, and upstairs, a bedroom with two single beds (which can also be placed next to each other) and the most beautiful view of the entire property. Next to that is the fourth bedroom with two single beds. Ideal for two families.

Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private patio.
