Charming two-bedroom apartment with a garden

Apartment a quarter of an hour from the beach on foot and 5 minutes by car. Close to all amenities: walking or cycling (bike rental possible in front of the housing development), beach (Shuttles to the beach in front of the housing development), public transportation (Tram stop 2 minutes away which will allow you to go to the centre of Montpellier and even beyond), cycle paths (Natura 2000 area), supermarkets... If you want to relax away from the hustle and bustle, the garden is a haven of peace where you can enjoy the calm. Wooded, flowered, a dining table and garden furniture are at your disposal. The apartment is air-conditioned, towels and sheets will be provided. You will have at your disposal an El Gusto coffee maker (coffee, tea, chocolate), toaster, oven, induction hob and everything you need to have a pleasant stay. If you have children, we provide you with a cot and a baby chair free of charge. The apartment has a bedroom on the 1st floor with a double bed and in the living room a 90 cm bed. It is ideal for families. We will be happy to welcome you and we will do everything necessary to make your stay pleasant.
