Villa for 6 people located in a quiet neighborhood near the center of Pérols, 10 minutes from the beaches (Carnon, Palavas), 10 minutes from Montpellier, and 5 minutes from shopping centers.

600 m² wooded lot with a lawn, fish pond, and shaded dining area (barbecue, table)

7.30 x 3.70 pool equipped with a safety alarm and a sun deck with lounge chairs.

We have a cat and two chickens that will provide you with fresh eggs. We simply ask that you feed them.
I require a 2,000-euro security deposit (non-refundable).
