Family house situated on a large, comfortable enclosed plot of land. Situated at the gates of Cahors in the Quercy Blanc region, between vineyards and truffle country, you will enjoy the surrounding bastides and mills, as well as Cahors, the Lot valley and its wonders, why not take a boat trip along the river?On the ground floor: entrance, fitted and equipped kitchen, living room - dining room, shower room, separate toilet, a laundry room. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (3 beds in 140, 2 bunk beds), a bathroom with separate toilet. Outside: a large covered terrace with garden furniture open onto the grounds at the back of the house, masonry barbecue and plancha. Large fenced garden.
