Ruheoase mit Seeblick

Wir waren zu zweit und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Hervorzuheben ist die Lage ( Ruhe und einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See) Für 2 Personen ist das Cottage prima. Für mehr Personen eher nicht zu empfehlen. Leider konnten wir nicht innerhalb des Grundstücks parken, wie es ausgeschrieben war. Die Zufahrt ist nicht für größere Autos passierbar. Zum Glück konnten wir etwas entfernt auf einem Parkplatz der dortigen Commune parken. Sonst wäre es problematisch gewesen.

Toller Blick - ungemütliches Haus

Der Blick auf den See ist toll. Leider ist das Wohnzimmer nicht gemacht um sich länger dort zu entspannen. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr alt und schlecht renoviert, es roch museal und man fühlte sich nicht wohl beim schlafen. Die Terrasse, das Bad und die Küche sind schön.

Prachtig uitzicht, huisje met potentieel

- Het huisje met prachtige locatie en zicht op meer. - Vrij recent gerenoveerd huis met een mooie keuken, badkamer en woonplaats. De slaapkamers zijn nog authentieker. - Het terras en tuin zijn bruikbaar maar duidelijk nog niet helemaal afgewerkt. - Voor 4p is dit huisje ideaal, voor 6p is het toch wat krap, met slaapbank in woonruimte. De eettafel is te klein en maar 4 stoelen beschikbaar. Ook op het terras is de tafel te klein. Bestek, glazen borden is nogal krap - Heel smalle inrit voor auto

Leider waren die Betten für uns etwas unbequem und es fehlte eine gemütliche Sitzgelegenheit für die gesamte Familie. Ansonsten super schöne Unterkunft.

Maison calme avec très belle vue

La maison est très propre, au calme avec une vue magnifique sur le lac de Côme. Nous avons pu faire de belles randonnées depuis la maison sans utiliser la voiture du séjour. Varenna est aussi accessible à pied et permet de prendre le bateau vers d’autres villages. Il y a un grand jardin très bien entretenu.

Schöner Platz

Wenn das Wetter gut ist, kann man mit dem Haus Gio eine gute Zeit haben, weil dann das Leben meist draußen stattfindet. Und der Platz mit dem schönen Blick auf den See ist ok. Bei der Innenausstattung gibt es jedoch Mängel, die behoben werden sollten: Im Wohnzimmer gibt es keinen richtigen Tisch und nur ein völlig durchgesessenes Sofa. Mit wohnen hat das nichts zu tun. Das geht so gar nicht!! Und im ersten Schlafzimmer sind beim Doppelbett beide Matratzen völlig durchgelegen - inakzeptabel!!!

Schöner Platz.

Bei gutem Wetter ist es ok, weil dann das Leben draußen stattfinden kann, weil der Platz der zum Haus gehört wirklich riesengroß und sehr gut ist. Aber an der Innenausstattung fehlt es schon ziemlich! Im Wohnzimmer hat es keinen Tisch und nur ein durchgesessenes relativ altes Sofa und eben das TV. Das geht so natürlich gar nicht! Und dann sind auch noch die Matratzen im Doppelbett-Schlafzimmer voll durchgelegen. Auch das darf so nicht sein bei diesem Preis! Aber wie gesagt: weil es ums Haus richtig gut ist und der Blick auf den Lago di Como so gigantisch ist, wird man, wenn das Wetter gut ist, schnell wieder vellversöhnlich gestimmt.

Bij aankomst hebben we de beschrijving en de foto’s nogmaals bekeken. Beide zijn conform de werkelijkheid. Het is echt primair en eenvoudig, maar we miste de relaxstoelen voor buiten op het terras. De bankjes buiten zijn niet fijn om lekker te kunnen lezen. De douche (ingang) is erg smal. De sleutel zat in een sleutelkluisje, geen persoonlijke ontvangst. Ook bij het vertrek geen persoonlijk afscheid. Bij het probleem van de pelletkachel werd er door Daniël wel direct actie ondernomen.
