Had a great stay in this apartment. Was clean upon arrival and host provided clear instructions. My only complaint would be that the roadworks going on directly in front on property. was very disappointing. would have loved to enjoy the outside seating more but didn't because of this. This was however communicated to me prior to coming with an option to cancel if it were to be a problem. But, this was not enough time to find anywhere else so I didn't feel I had any choice. I would otherwise definitely stay here again. Everything was walkable for me but the hill up to it could be a problem for someone. would 100% recommend (without the works going on outside). Thank you to the host.

Excellent location and very close to town and restaurants. There is an incline to get to the property if you are walking from the train station which is only 7-10 mins. However, it is not that bad. The property is easy to access. There are a few items that needed repair while we stayed. there are no toiletries in the apartment so make sure you have enough shampoo and soaps. Also we had ants everywhere in the apartment. It was not a big deal. We just placed all of our food in the refrigerator. One last item, they give you a very thin pillow to sleep. If you need more, you will need to communicate with Oscar. There are two many codes for the house. However it is manageable. Would we stay again? Because of its location-yes. However next time, I will carry my extra pillow and pesticide the house before we go in :) the location can not be beat.

Great apartment. Good size with plenty storage. Great patio with fantastic views. Only negative was the cleaning charge - as you pay for the apartment to be cleaned in your departure, there were a few areas in my arrival that were not as clean as I expected.... Overall though a good apartment in. I’ve resort area

Lovely!

Residenza Decimina is exactly as advertised. We chose this property for our three-night stay in Varenna and would definitely stay here again. Check-in/check-out was seamless as Marco communicated with us regularly and met us upon our arrival. Location near the train station was extremely convenient and we never heard the train while inside the apartment! It was a short walk downhill to the lakefront/ferry landing area and you pass a food market, a small cafe, and a tabacchi shop along the way. It was also a short walk to the main square. Our best meal in the lake area was at the nearby La Veranda dei Pescatori which is just a short walk away!

5 Great Days on Lake Como

Great, clean, comfortable, modern apartment conveniently located just above the train station, with only a short walk to ferry and picturesque Varena. Great outdoor patio with awesome views of Lake Como. Very happy we picked Varenna and this apartment .

Cute apartment in Varenna

The location of this apartment was fantastic. Close to the train and within easy walking distance to everything. Check in went smoothly, just called when we were on the train from Milan and the owner met us there. Clean well renovated apartment with fantastic view of Lake Como. The trains were close by but not really a noise issue with the windows closed. Enjoyed our stay.

La propiedad estaba muy limpia y amplia solo les recomiendo dejar alguna cobija porque pasamos frío pues el aire acondicionado estaba encendido y no pudimos moverlo y en las camas solo había una sabana para taparte y las almohadas ya están demasiado delgadas.

Schöner Aufenthalt am Comersee

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Residenz Decimina. Perfekt gelegen 10min zu Fuss iins Zentrum von Varenna oder 5min zur Schiffanlegestelle. Und in nur 2min ist man am Bahnhof. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber.
