O espaço é amplo, bem ventilado, com vista para a mata. A cozinha é bem equipada, mas falta um microondas. O anúncio deveria ser mais claro, com relação ao acesso à propriedade, porque no meuo caso, que hospedei em Perledo após um longo período na Europa, com uma mala de 23 kg, 1 de 10 kg e uma mochila foi muito difícil subir até o terceiro pavimento, onde estava o flat. Além das escadas dentro do prédio, tem outras para acessar a portaria. Também não ficou claro para mim que o acesso à propriedade é uma estrada íngreme, sem acostamento ou seja, praticamente inviável fazer o percurso de 1,6 km até Varenna , caminhando, porque é perigoso caminhar em uma pista com trânsito de veículos nos dois sentidos. O transporte individual, táxi, é muito caro (¢20,00) e só tem três táxis em Varenna. Ônibus regular não transita com a frequência desejada e à noite, o transporte gratuito de vans oferecido pela Prefeitura de Perledo tem motoristas mal-educados e com má vontade para ajudar os turistas, que são obrigados a saber os nomes das paradas, o que é muito difícil, porque o site, para o qual você é redirecionado pelo QR-CODE não tem a informação e o Google/GEMINI me indicou três nomes e nenhum estava correto.
