The Beautiful Dream accommodation is located in the picturesque and panoramic village of Perledo, ideal for enjoying a breathtaking view of the central part of Lake Como known as the Golden Triangle, overlooking Varenna, Bellagio and Menaggio. The house is situated in a quiet and green area, perfect for enjoying a relaxing holiday, also appreciating the splendid lake view from the large external terrace, furnished with sunbeds, dining table and barbecue, ideal for sunbathing, relaxing and enjoying breathtaking lunches, dinners and aperitifs.



Beautiful Dream opens onto the living area consisting of a very bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, cooking tools, microwave and everything needed to prepare delicious dishes. The sleeping area is composed of two comfortable double bedrooms and a room with one double bed and two single bunk beds. Completing the house are three bathrooms with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.



The house is located just a few minutes by car from the splendid and romantic Varenna. From here, it is possible to take a ferry to Bellagio and Menaggio or take a boat trip to explore the colourful villages overlooking the lake. In Varenna, there is also a railway station that allows you to easily reach Lecco, Monza and Milan, ideal for a shopping day or a tourist tour in the area.



The house is furnished in a modern style and is equipped with all comforts such as WiFi, iron and fans.



PLEASE NOTE: access to the structure is via a rather narrow dirt road. Alternatively, it is possible to park the car at the beginning of the dirt road and continue on foot for about a hundred metres.

There is two stop process. You have to go pick up keys from other location and enter the apartment. I think host should be more descriptive.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
* The property is not very walkable, and getting the key required going out of our way. To get to the city you have to walk up and down the huge mountain.* The keys barely worked, which made accessing the property difficult.* The WiFi did not work. A new router was delivered, but unfortunately, the WiFi still did not work afterward.* The fan was not working and had to be delivered.* There were cobwebs and spiders throughout the property. We also found a grasshopper inside.* There was visible mold on the shower curtains.* Used soap was left in the shower, which gave us the impression that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned before our arrival.* The door handle was coming off its hinges* There was no toilet paper when we arrived, which had to be delivered.* There was no hair dryer, which also had to be delivered.

Property was NOT as expected; Road to the house did not allow cars so we had to drag our luggage through grass, brick, and rocks to get to the top of the “driveway,” (5 minute walk) which then turned into 3 steep inclines on grass and gravel followed by stone stairs with no railings to get to the house. It was an exhausting endeavor. The house was dirty. 3 badly moldy shower curtains in all 3 showers; door on one bathroom was broken in half and not repaired before arrival, leaving no privacy for bathroom use. Bedroom door was broken; no privacy as bedrooms are side by side, and you must go through the other bedroom to to get to the living space. All the fans had been cleaned and looked like a year. Heavy and thick dust was on all of the ceiling fans. Cobwebs, spiders, dead bugs were in the corners & many of the walls and all the bathrooms. Severe infestation of ants. Paint chips kept falling off the walls in one bedroom. The sofa was stained & dirty. One dish towel in the kitchen. Bathroom towels were stringy and worn. Cups on the bathroom sinks were full of dust and hair. Disgusting. No lighting at all for nighttime..must bring flashlights. I escalated these issues and the only thing that got handled was the fans. The smell in the separate bunk room was horrid. I will be requesting a partial refund. Several family members had nasty asthma attacks and migraines from mold & dustViews of the lake were exceptional Beds were clean Good water pressure and hot water
