The accommodation

This spacious family villa of 145 m² offers comfortable and functional spaces, designed to accommodate up to 8 travelers in the best conditions.

On the first floor

You will discover a large, bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room and a convivial dining area, open to the outside.

A first master suite has a 160 cm bed, a private bathroom with shower and washbasin, as well as direct access to the swimming pool thanks to a large bay window.

The first floor also includes a separate toilet and a relaxation/sports area equipped with an elliptical trainer.

A second master suite welcomes you with a 160 cm bed, a dressing room and a private bathroom with shower and sink.

Two other bedrooms each have a 140 cm bed and a dressing room. An office space is also available to allow teleworking in a quiet environment.

The first floor is completed by a family bathroom equipped with a shower, a bathtub and two sinks, as well as a separate toilet.

The exteriors

Take full advantage of the sunny days thanks to a landscaped outdoor area including a large covered terrace with pergola for your meals, garden furniture, sunbeds, swings and a private swimming pool of 10 m × 4 m (depth 1.30 m).
