Percheron house of 65 m2 completely renovated, with exposed beams and stones, adjoining the owners' house, in an old restored farmhouse in the heart of the Perche, near Bellême.
Classified 3 ears GDF; ideal for a couple or 2 singles: on the first floor, (accessible by 5 steps) there is a large living room with an extra bed for one person for 2nd bed, an equipped kitchen and the bathroom.
The room is located upstairs and has an office area, a 2nd TV and a 2nd toilet.
Outside, balcony with small shaded shelter, unobstructed view of courtyard and garden.
A few meters from the cottage you have a garden area with pergola and sun loungers inside the property.

Excellent séjour dans ce gite, tout est vraiment à la hauteur de ce que l'on attend. L'accueil est chaleureux, le logement est cosy et propre. La déco est faite avec beaucoup de goût. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et chose rare il n'y manque rien, que ce soient l'équipement électro ménager ou les ustensiles rien n'y fait défaut. Je recommande.

Gîte idéalement situé près de Nogent le Rotrou, Bellême

Maison régionale est très fraîche en été. Des chemins de randonnées pédestres sont juste a côté du gîte et sont ombragés. Nous avons reçu des informations sur des localités a découvrir et surtout les jardins originaux.

Une hôtesse charmante, un gîte très agréable à deux pas des chemins de randonnée dans un environnement calme et propice à la détente et au repos. Une bouffée d'oxygène... Merci pour l'accueil !
