As you enter the building there was a stronf cigarette smell. Booked multiple rooms and rooms were infested with roaches. Ended up going somewhere else. Try to place a refund request through expedia and the expedia team members were not able to get in contact with staff to obtain refund after a a week.

My advice, knock the entire building down and build a new hotel. It was gross, from the moment we pulled up, poor odor, lights flickering, dirty, run down. The bed sheets were stained and dirty, the showed was gross and grimey,

This was the most filthy hotel ive seen in my life. All the carpets were filthy,our toilet seat was literally zip tied to the toilet. Bathroom door had been kicked in and not fixed properly would not even shut. The baseboards and trim were falling of the walls .good luck on a hot shower and the air conditioning unit in the room I stayed in did cool anything. Will never go to this place again . I wish I would have just left and went else where. Not worth 10 bucks a night . Disgusting

There was no breakfast offered, no coffee, no food of any kind. The room had light bulb out. There was no smoking there and had to go outside to smoke but they surely allow vaping with the thc in it as well. Will not stay there anymore and you clearly smell the thc as well with no problem unless you can’t smell at all.

Sticky surfaces had to be wiped clean. Room phone had some sort of sauce dripped on it. Outlets in bathroom didn't work. Only outlet in room was behind bed, so had to scoot it to charge phone. TV had to be plugged in, as it shared an outlet with the microwave and fridge. Poor lighting. Didn't touch the a/c, but room temp was comfortable. Requested king size bed and got room with 2 queens. Only staff member seen was friendly and helpful. Never checked to see if bfast was served.
