Room was great staff friendly. Only downfall eas a nus of high schoolers was there for 2 day and the poor lady that was cooking breakfast couldnt keep up so we had to go and get breakfast for 2 days.

Clean room and property. We Love staying at the Surf and Sand!! We come every year around the same time, and we always stay here! You can't beat the location!! It is right across the street from the beach/Pier, and only a few miles from the Dog beach! it's also convenient to restaurant's, shopping and convenient stores. You will not be disappointed! Not to mention the free Bike and Kayak rentals and free breakfast every day! The only thing I would suggest is bringing a broom with you. I know it sounds like an odd thing to bring, but the sand drove us crazy! We had a small dog and our 8-year-old daughter with us, so it was inevitable that we would be tracking sand back in our room with us accidentally.

The room was great and the staff was wonderful. I had a cold and stuck in the room for a while day, but Felicia at the front desk and the manager took such good care of my sister and made sure she got access to the bikes, paddle boards, n more. The maintenance staff keeps the pool spotless and takes care of the gear that comes with your stay!

An excellent option for the beach at an affordable price. The only negative was the $10 parking charge that I was not told about at the time of the reservation. Other than that it was a great experience
