It is a beautiful property in a beautiful and quiet area with amazing beaches. The staff are friendly and helpful. The common areas, such as where the breakfast (which is very good), the pool area, and coffee/cocktail shop, as well as the exterior are beautifully maintained, however the hallways, elevators and rooms are not well maintained, attractive, or very clean.

We loved our stay in Springhill Marriott. The umbrella guy was super helpful . We didn’t wanna drag everything to the beach. You pay for parking and you pay for the umbrellas, but the parking lot is huge. The staff was awesome. The hotel was clean. The beds were great The only thing was they might have been a little short staffed because they were working so hard and hustling, but sometimes the garbage would overflow so I did not give them a five for that. if you can afford it, you don’t have to really leave because you can have food from the bar. The pretzel is amazing. There’s a restaurant there’s a coffee shop so you can get coffee after breakfast is over and there’s even an ice cream shop. there’s also some sundries like the sunblock was only 25 cents more than we paid for it outside of the hotel . They carry sun bum products which are a little high, but my dermatologist said they are very good. My absolute favorite part about staying at this hotel is that you can see sunrise and Sunset right from the deck or you can just walk a few steps down to the beach to take pictures. It has a lazy river and a hot tub. people that stayed at the hotel were respectful . There were a lot of families and a decent amount of children and everyone got along. We met people. We had some nice conversations with people that we met . the lounges that you lay on are really hard so you might want to bring a pillow if you have hip or back problems, which is why we went down to the beach .

The hotel is nice. The location is perfect. The room was clean. The beds were very uncomfortable, like they're old and worn out. The breakfast was horrible. No one wants sausage, and the egg and cheese bites do not taste like eggs or cheese. They taste like something fictitious. The only fruit available was bananas! And the parking fee is ridiculous! $25 a day. If I am staying at the hotel, of course I need a place to park, but this is just plain greedy!

Stayed July 4th week and had an excellent time. Returned 2 months later in October and found that the property was under new management. Did not like the changes! Specifically $25/day for parking when it was free parking. Also before room and elevator key was a wristband, much more convenient. Other than that the experience was about the same.

First I would like to say that I think having to pay for parking at the hotel that I am staying at is petty. $25 a day is ridiculous. Door to the balcony was hard to open and loud. Had a room that sleeps 4 people but only had 2 sets of towels and wash rags. Keys did not work for the room. Keys worked sometimes on one elevator and did not work on the other elevator. Only 2 elevators made it hard getting to my room and back out of the hotel. Was not happy with the stay with the amount of money payed for the room I expected a little more. I will not stay here again mainly because I feel I was swindled into paying for parking.

This was my first time visiting Navarre and this hotel had AMAZING gulf views. Will definitely visit again.
