The property was excellent! It was clean, updated, and had all the amenities we needed. Great view from the balcony and it is in a wonderful location in Perdido Key. Andy is an amazing host and person. He was available when I had questions and you can tell he cares about people. I highly recommend this property, and hope I can return there again.

Peaceful and convenient

The beach access is convenient and the beach and beach view are amazing. The condo is spacious, and having 3 full bathrooms is helpful. The area is peaceful, quiet, not busy or crowded, yet close to shopping, restaurants and things to do. The condo could use a deep clean, like dusting baseboards and light fixtures and cleaning door knobs and light switches. The king mattress was comfortable, but the queen mattresses need to be replaced. They were very worn and uncomfortable.

Beautiful views of the Gulf !

Nice condo. Very spacious condo with views from every room. The large balcony was our favorite space with plenty of room to enjoy our breakfast, lunch and dinner . The views of the gulf were stunning from the balcony. We had great communication with owner.

Beautiful condo and area

We loved the condo but didn't like that there were issues with the washer and dryer that did affect our vacation negatively. The washer was fixed thanks to the property manager's quick action, but it took 4 days for the washer to be fixed.
