Southern Breeze 1 on Perdido Key which is also known as the "Lost Key." This cute fully equipped 1-bedroom that easily accommodates 4 adults. Has a full size kitchen, a full size bathroom, a balcony off the master bedroom, as well as a washer and dryer.

Location says it all!! The white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald water are located directly across the street within walking distance. This charming bungalow is newly updated and refurbished with parking directly in front of the unit.

Checkin was easy. The place was clean, although it is older and shows signs of wear. It was certainly big enough for the 2 of us and our small dog.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience was pretty good the location was close to the beach. The rental had a few issues the ice maker didn’t work. Some of the things need some updating.

Do not stay here!

I have been trying to get a hold of someone from the office to provide me an update on my hold deposit that I was told would be returned to my account by Jan 17th. I continue to be ignored and still have not received my deposit or any information related to it.
