The entire condo has been refreshed with bright, beach-inspired décor and beautiful murals throughout, creating the perfect coastal atmosphere for your vacation.

Comfortable Living & Dining
The spacious living room features a new sectional sofa, plenty of comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV. The living room, kitchen, and dining area all offer beautiful Gulf views. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. Step outside onto the private balcony, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, relax with an evening drink, or take in a spectacular Gulf sunset.

In the primary bedroom there is a king bed, TV, entrance to the balcony, Beachfront view, and en-suite bathroom with a full size stand-up shower. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything that it was listed to have. Great balcony beach view from the 8th floor! Had plenty of room for 5 adults. Would stay here again!

Great location!!

Great location on Perdido Key. Unit is nice but the pictures do not look like the actual unit. We thought we were in the wrong condo! Everything we needed was right there and convenient to restaurants. TVs were nice but we were disappointed there was no internet access for Netflix or Amazon or Hulu. The beds are very soft so if you like or need firm beds this may not be the condo for you. Also we paid for beach service for the week which was very nice and well attended. What was disturbing was there were people who were allowed to set up their own chairs and umbrellas in front of us and blocking our views. We liked the amenities of the condo and would recommend to friends; making sure they are aware of these issues.

Pleasant relaxing week at Sandy Key!

This was our families' first time at Sandy Key, but not our last! The condo had everything we needed. Was a little concerned about elevator being on the 8th floor, but it was never a problem. We were most excited about the beach and pools! There was plenty of room, no stepping on people trying to get to our beach chairs, we used both pools depending on which was less crowded. Easy drive to restaurants and shopping. We had four adults and three children ages 8-11. It was a great week in condo 828 at Sandy Key!!!
