Located in the East End’s first tower, Unit 813 is just steps from the beach and conveniently close to the tennis and pickleball courts and outdoor grills. Its location offers easy access to everything you need while being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the pools and elevators.

Comfortable Accommodations
The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and gorgeous Gulf views. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the balcony, making it easy to step outside and enjoy the view first thing in the morning. The primary bathroom includes a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds, new furnishings, and a TV, with a conveniently located bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.

Wonderful stay

Loved the convenience of the beach, pool, even bathrooms on the ground level. Very easy with the kids. Everything was lovely and not overcrowded. Quiet and clean. Plan to come back.

Nice condo, beautiful beach

Condo was decently clean. There were a few spots I saw that could’ve been done better. Fan in the master bedroom is broken and master bedroom is incredibly hot compared to the rest of the condo. The property states that they are a no smoking facility, Beach included. However, when brought to their attention, multiple times, about smokers on the beach nothing was done to prevent them from smoking. This was disappointing because my husband has asthma and I have a severe allergy to cigarette smoke. This was one of the reasons we chose this property because they stated no smoking was allowed on the beach. Except for being hot, the condo itself was very nice. We managed to have a great time despite being exposed to The cigarette smoke every day.

Great experience

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect and the beach was not overcrowded like over in Gulf Shores by the enormous complexes. The furnishings are slightly dated, but were top of the line 15 years ago. All nice quality. That being said, it's a very comfortable unit and all furniture is very comfortable. The two blue wing back chairs are recliners. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. The online info said that the spare bedroom had twin beds, but it's actually two full size beds. Our trip was two couples and it was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.
