Located on the 6th floor of Tower 3, the stunning view of the Gulf is mesmerizing from this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. The tranquil waters and white sandy beach is just the place to unwind and spend time with family/friends! You will find all of the comforts of home in this condo as you enjoy your beach vacation! In the new applianced kitchen there is ample cookware and bakeware for the chef of your party, as well as utensils and dinner setting for you and your guests. Relax on the private beachfront balcony, accessible from the living area and master bedroom, possibly catch sight of a couple of dolphins in the morning. Looking to stay in at night? Not a problem, with ample seating in the living area and Smart TV for everyone's enjoyment or just listen to the waves roll in from the beach, you won't be disappointed! In the master bedroom, there is a NEW ADJUSTABLE KING BED and TV equipped with Roku and en-suite bathroom with a NEW full stand-up shower, recently renovated with a shower bench. For your additional guests, the second bedroom has 2 queen beds, TV, and DVD player. The guest bathroom, located in the hall, has a recently remodeled tub/shower combo. The carpet in this condo is all new throughout as well! When you are ready to put your toes in the sand, there is a ramp boardwalk from the building directly to the beach, no stairs! Or just take a dip in the pool or hot tub, directly downstairs. All units come with full-size washers and dryers, WiFi, and cable TV. Please no smoking on property and no pets.
