Our cozy home, nestled under the Live Oaks promises relaxation and convenience, making it the perfect location for your vacation. With downtown just 15 minutes away and the beautiful beaches with sugar white sands reachable in 20 minutes, you're positioned to enjoy the best of city and seaside living. Plus, we are in prime location for accessing all three college campuses, local hospitals, and 10 minutes to Pensacola Airport. We look forward to welcoming you to Pensacola and The Live Oak House.

Our open-floor plan, adorned with tasteful decor and tiled floors has plenty of space for families and/or groups of friends. The newly renovated rooms are furnished with queen beds to ensure a good night's rest, and each room features central air conditioning for your comfort. The heart of our home is a well-stocked kitchen, ready to support all your cooking endeavors. After a meal, gather around the wooden dining table for some board games, drinks, or simply to share the day's highlights. For relaxation, the cozy living room is equipped with a 55" smart TV on the most comfortable couch. The outdoor area is just as inviting with a front and back porch overlooking a spacious yard, equipped with comfortable chairs ideal for morning coffee or evening chats around the fire pit is the perfect spot to end a great day. You will find a convenient washer/dryer in the unit for your laundry needs.

This house was amazing, in the heart of Pensacola and close to everything including the beach. Property is very well kept with a privacy fenced in back yard. House is very spacious and clean.

Great Home

I rented this home because my nephew was having some diagnostic testing done at the Pensacola Children’s Hospital. The hospital was only 10 minutes away. The grocery store was just minutes away. It was super convenient for the family and much more comfortable than a hotel room. Thank you so much letting us use your home.
