The Space:

You step onto a sun‑dappled porch, the scent of oak leaves mingling with a gentle Gulf breeze, and hear the soft rustle of trees as you settle into the spacious yard. A short drive later, downtown Pensacola’s lively streets and pristine beaches are within easy reach, while your private retreat offers the calm of a secluded neighborhood. Here, six distinct units nestle among towering oaks, each thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy.



**Sleeping arrangements**

Duplex One – Unit A sleeps 8 with two Queen beds in Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2, plus a Queen bed topped by a single bunk above and a single trundle below. Unit B sleeps 5 with a Queen bed and single trundle in Bedroom 3 and a Queen bed in Bedroom 4.

Duplex Two – Unit C sleeps 3 with a Queen bed and single trundle. Unit D sleeps 5 with a Queen bed and single trundle, plus a sleeper sofa with a pull‑out Queen bed in the living room.

Single‑Family Houses – Unit E sleeps 14 with a King Bed in Bedroom 7, two bunk sets (four single beds) in Bedroom 8, and two bunk sets (four Queen beds) in Bedroom 9. Unit F sleeps 6 with Queen beds in Bedrooms 10 and 11 and a sleeper sofa with a pull‑out Queen bed in the living area.



**Kitchen & dining**

Each unit features a well‑appointed kitchen stocked with essential appliances and cookware, allowing you to prepare meals for your group. Adjacent dining spaces provide room for family‑style gatherings, while casual seating in living areas invites relaxed conversation.



**Outdoor living**

The home is tucked away from the street in a peaceful area with large oak trees in the Myrtle Grove neighborhood of Pensacola, Florida. Next door to the property is a children's school so you may hear them playing during the daytime hours.



The home is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but still centrally located for incredible beaches, shopping, and restaurants . We are a short drive to the main Pensacola Beach. The city is a place full of friendly people. It is one of the rare cities that has a small town feel but there is always an event or attraction to enjoy.



Pensacola is one of americas oldest and most storied cities and is located along the gulf of Mexico with miles of white sand beaches.
