During my stay, my experience was far below acceptable standards. Upon arrival, I waited over 20 minutes at the front desk before anyone appeared to check me in. I was then placed on a floor filled with an entire college football team whose noise and activity kept me up throughout the night. The next morning, I requested clean sheets and a new comforter from housekeeping, but the attendant informed me there was a “five-day rule” and that bedding could not be changed before five days — even upon request. This policy is unsanitary and unacceptable. When I went to the front desk for help, the clerk responded with an attitude, making me feel like my request for clean bedding was unreasonable. Additionally, my room had a constant ticking noise coming from the wall, the bathroom contained pubic hair that I had to clean myself, and the “non-smoking” room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I had to go to Wal-Mart and buy Lysol. This experience was extremely disappointing, uncomfortable, and well below the standards expected from a hotel listed through Hotels.com. I am requesting a refund or travel credit for the inconvenience and poor conditions I endured. Please forward this complaint to hotel management and confirm receipt as soon as possible. Had to wait a while for check in and the lady mixed my check in up with somebody else’s reservation so got locked out of room. Could have been avoided had more attention to detail been taken. No free breakfast you have to pay extra. Overall it was just a basic hotel. It was ok for one night.

Staff did not clean the room after we asked them to clean. There was a broken chair inside of our room and we could not use it. There was some lamps that were broken and could not use. The room was so so clean. The handle on the closet door is falling off. Upon arrival we pulled the sheets and mattress cover back. The mattress cover had blood stains on it. Bathroom was so so clean. Bathroom shower had dirt built up on the bottom of the glass doors. All in all the stay was ok. Needs to be updated and renewed

The hot tub hours are supposed to be 7am but actual is 10am. Breakfast buffet was very good especially booking the day before for 1/2 price. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom having an open concept shower was very good. Water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Overall a good stay. Room was not quite ready when we arrived at the door so a slight miscommunication between cleaner and front desk.
