Great studio apartment, roomy and very nice accommodations. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Coffee, waters and snacks were a very nice unexpected surprise. Very large bathroom, and while we did not use it, laundry facility was available upstairs. The courtyard was quiet with a nice fire-pit, grill and corn hole to unwind after a day around town. If staying in downtown pensacola this is a great location near great restaurants and venues. Host was great, and responds to any communication quickly.

Super cute space that’s so much larger than expected! Adorable backyard! Great communication from owner and literally the most comfortable bed ever! And great location for an easy walk to all of downtown’s fun! We would absolutely stay again!
