Pleasant stay for holiday weekend

The hotel was a great location for our needs, about a 10 min drive to Pensacola beach. Quiet and clean. Decent breakfast choices. 2 minor issues were smaller parking lot but that could just be due to holiday weekend. Also shower didn’t have any body wash and drained super slowly and appeared to be clogged. Would stay here again however so not big enough problems to cause us not to return.

Dirty, unsanitary bathroom and room!!

Checked in and I almost slipped and fell in the room, floor in foyer and restroom stayed damp. We had toilet tissue but no holder for it so it was sitting on counter when we arrived. The bathroom was horrible there was dirt caked up around tub and corners. My son discovered the bar for toilet tissue holder under sink on floor after the first night. The cleaners left a rag behind television and the headboards had splatter of something on them. I requested just an hour late check out because my daughter was sick to her stomach and was denied. I also need to mention that I am a travel agent and of all the Hampton I have stayed this by far was the worst! I also took pictures of everything that I was dissatisfied with!

It was okay, the people in front of us had a dog that barked on and off the whole time we were there. We didn’t get our room cleaned or towels. We had to notify x2 to get our towels. The air in the room wasn’t that cool so at night we weren’t as cool as we liked.
