We had no hot water in the sink tap and shower was barely warm. Let staff know and they sent maintenance but the explanation was they were having problems with the pipes. The carpet was filthy and sticky. Our socks were literally brown after one night of walking on it. The staff was kind but were not able to make the water situation right. Not fun taking a cold shower 😒

There was no hot water in the room we booked. We were informed that there is a block of rooms at the hotel that do not have access to hot water. The hotel knowingly booked the room without disclosing this information before hand. I'm confused at why rooms without hot water would be booked for guests at all. I dont think I'll be staying at Hampton Inn again.
