E0403: Updated and beautifully decorated, this two bedroom unit is on the east side of Eden on the fourth floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed and has a private bath that features a large walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a private bath. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and a Blue Ray player. The living room has a flat screen TV with a Blue Ray player and an iPod docking station. The living room is also equipped with a sleeper sofa which will allow this property to accommodate up to six people. The Gulf front balcony can be accessed by both the living room and master bedroom. This property is superbly maintained and has many extras including full sized washer and dryer in unit, Cox Cable and free WiFi.

Great stay

Condo is clean and furnished with plenty of cookware. Beach isn't crowded. Great pool area. Not a lot of food choices within walking distance. Overall a great stay

Needs work

We booked a long weekend in this unit. We arrived too late to change units the first night but shortly after getting settled in we realized that there was black mold on the ceiling/walls of the guest bedroom. Several outlets didn't work and we received a small shock from one of them. Eden is a gorgeous property and the front desk was very efficient at moving us into another unit but this particular one was NOT ready to be rented.
