The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom that features an updated walk in shower and a beautiful soaking tub. The guest bedroom has a Double over Double bunk bed and a separate twin size bed perfect for a couple or children, includes a flat screen TV. The living room has a flat panel TV and a Blue Ray DVD player and features a sofa sleeper; the bedrooms each have a TV. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinetry, all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from the balcony that is accessible from both the master bedroom and the living room. All properties at Eden are smoke free. This unit has a Full size washer and dryer. This property has Cox Cable and free WiFi.
NOTE: No monthly rentals allowed for the month of March.

Great stay for family

Stayed 4 days/nights. Easy 1 minute walk to beach. Has a beautiful indoor outdoor pool for none beach times. Area is less crowds then normal. Condo was perfect for my family of 6!! Absolutely no issues!!!
