Welcome to Seas the Day – Unit N4
A beautifully updated 2BR/2BA Gulf-front condo at Villas on the Gulf, just steps from the sugar-white sands of Pensacola Beach.

This unit is located in Building N, one of the only true Gulf-front buildings in the complex—meaning no roads, no long walkways, and nothing between you and the beach. You are just seconds from having your feet in the sand.

Enjoy uninterrupted panoramic views from your private balcony where you can start your day with coffee and the sound of the waves, and unwind in the evening with the Gulf breeze. This location offers a quieter, more relaxed beach experience away from the high-rise crowds, while still being just a short drive to dining, shopping, and nightlife. 

Located two full flights up with no elevator, this unit is best suited for guests comfortable with stairs.

Sleeps 6 max, including children.

Our family of 4 had a great vacation staying here. The condo was super clean, beds very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. This condo is right on the beach and the view from the balcony was incredible. To top it all off the owner Mary, was super nice and responsive. She knows all the great places to check out and restaurants to go to. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had the most enjoyable vacation at Seas the Day. Everything was provided so we didn't have to worry about the small stuff like laundry detergent, paper products etc. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the serene sound of the Gulf. Outstanding!!! The place has everything you need for your beach vacation. The rooms were clean and all of the appliances were in working order. The view and the beach access were great. If we weren’t on the beach we were sitting on the balcony watching the waves roll in. The location was also great. Plenty of great restaurant nearby. Communication with the property owner was great also. Very quick to respond to inquiries and makes sure you have all of the info you need to ensure your trip is wonderful.

Pool was super clean and nice. Definitely have to be able to walk the 2 flights of stairs. View can’t be beat. We stayed with friends and liked the 2 “suites”. It made it feel very private. Well appointed. Could have cooked anything we wanted. Balcony needs to match the inside of the condo for functionality. Benches need to be replaced. Looked a little worn and in need of repairs. But that view!

Last minute trip, found this and was unbelievable. Right on the beach. Check in/out very painless and easy. Room was ready earlier than expected and was very welcomed after long drive. Condo was spotless, easy to get to(directions spot on). Access to beach is right there and the view. Oh and let’s not to forget about all the dolphins. Would recommend this to anyone. And we will definitely be back. A true hidden gem.

Perfect Beach Getaway!We had an amazing stay at this beachfront condo! The location was unbeatable—just a super easy walk to the beach, with crystal-clear water, powdery white sand, and beautiful weather every day. The area wasn’t crowded at all, which made it peaceful and relaxing, but it was still close to all the fun attractions, restaurants, and shops. The condo was spotless and filled with extra touches you don’t usually find—beach gear, kitchen essentials, and more. You can really tell the owners go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. We’ll absolutely be back!

Great Stay at a Fantastic Location

You cannot get any closer to the beach. The location is superb. The rental has everything you need for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The washer and dryer really came in handy. We would stay again.

We loved our stay at this condo, the location is perfect close to all restaurants and shops! Beach front was a must with little kids and the view is amazing! Awesome location on the beach!

We had the BEST family vacation at Seas the Day! Clean and comfortable accommodations complete with special touches, and a perfect place to stay with 4 young children! The location is amazing!!! This unit is adjacent to the boardwalk (and outdoor shower) with direct access to the beach, which was perfect with young children. It provided easy access to run up to the condo if the kids needed or left something. The pool was great as well. The condo was well equipped with beach essentials such as wave boards, sand toys, chairs, etc. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well stocked, and the condo even provides a pack’n’play if needed. The view from the windows and private balcony were stunning. Mary provided information for local attractions and eateries, and was one of the most considerate hosts we’ve had through VRBO. The location is also easily accessible to local attractions and restaurants. We plan to be back!!!!
