It was not that clean. Not sure about the cleaning service. There was broken faucet handle in the bathtub/shower, no coffee supplies and with a packet open. The AC was awful. It was so hot when it turned off…old school. The lady at the check-in desk was nice.

I booked a room at this hotel for my wife, two daughters, and myself to attend the seafood festival in Pensacola, Florida. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations based on my online booking. The main lobby doors are locked at 11 p.m., which made check-in quite challenging, especially since we arrived around 1:00 a.m. When we checked in, we found several people congregating on the curb in front of our room, making it awkward and uncomfortable to unload our belongings. An hour later, when I left to grab a quick bite to eat, those same individuals were still there, now smoking weed and behaving even more suspiciously. While I anticipated some foot traffic due to the hotel's proximity to downtown, much of it consisted of homeless individuals, similar to those lingering outside our room throughout the weekend. The breakfast options were disappointing, offering only a limited selection. Although the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, the rust in the toilet and shower detracted from its appearance. On a positive note, the pool was the highlight of the hotel, and the TV in the room was one of the largest I've encountered in a hotel. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this location for a future stay.

Stayed in the lower building and it is in need of serious repair/remodel.gap under the door was 3/4 inch.went to swim in the pool only to find a bandaid and cigarette butt floating in the pool.went to work out and found one of the staff sleeping in the workout room. Treadmill was rewired so it worked but no screen to tell speed or incline. Breakfast was sufficient location was very good.

Great staff. The bedrooms were clean. The pool was awesome! Complaints: shower head had a drip that kept the bathroom floor wet and there were some homeless people wandering around.
