Room and rate were great $4.50 for a cup of coffee was ridiculous! Refills were also 4.50. We spent over $40.00 at the bistro and the food was not grilled or cooked as described. All the food was microwaved and was not the same as the description on the menu. The lady serving us seemed a bit irritated that she had to get up and help us.

The room was great, but they argued with me upon check-in trying to get me to accept a different room than I booked. I was double charged for a parking fee I wasn’t even told about. And the woman who checked me in signed me up for the rewards club after I specifically declined doing so.

Room was spotless, big enough. Staff very helpful considering the fact that the door did not open from the first time when we got there. The receptionist changed the key 2 times. She was very nice and understanding.
